Purchasing truck parts can be a complex business, and as such we understand that things may go wrong from time to time, if you do have an issue with a part we have sent you please follow the steps below.
We are happy to accept any product we have supplied for return as long as the following criteria can be met
Please contact using our contact form to obtain an authorisation code. Once we have agreed to accept the return of an item, a returns label (in PDF format) will be sent, detailing how the item is to be returned. You should include in the package, your contact details, invoice number and the authorisation code.
If an item is over 14 days but still meets the other conditions above we will consider the item for return, but it may be subject to a 15% restocking charge, at our discretion.
In the first instance please contact us using the contact form or our team on on 0345 073 5330 for assistance (please note our office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday) where we will quickly help to identify the correct part for you.
If the reason is down to TruckParts4U then we will of course issue a returns label (in PDF format) including postage and arrange how best to return the item to us.
There are a number of items on our website that are reconditioned, and as such carry a surcharge; each item will be subject to some returns criteria this information will be given to you at the point of purchase.
If the item meets the returns criteria, please contact us using the contact form or our team on 0345 073 5330 (please note our office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday) where we will issue a returns label (in PDF format).
Once we have received the returned item and it has been checked a refund will be issued.
The cost of postage will not be reimbursed unless truckparts4u are at fault.
